1. Information collected
Neighbor & Main may collect contact details, city or service location, device and service-request information, communications, appointment details, estimates, authorizations, invoices, payment status, and work documentation. The public form records that Community Tech Pricing was requested and the requested service, but it does not collect a financial explanation or supporting document. If the request appears eligible, the applicant may privately provide a brief explanation and show one redacted current document that reasonably supports financial need. Website infrastructure may process basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security events. Do not submit financial details, passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through an ordinary website form, email, or text.
2. Why information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, qualify and schedule work, review Community Tech Pricing eligibility, prepare estimates and authorizations, provide and document service, communicate about appointments, collect payment, prevent abuse, maintain records, request feedback, and meet legal, tax, insurance, and accounting obligations. Marketing messages require an appropriate permission and opt-out method.
3. Service providers
Neighbor & Main uses Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, and abuse prevention; Google Workspace for business communications; Google Voice for business calling and texting; HubSpot for inquiry records; and Square for estimates, invoices, and payments. These companies process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Payment-card data is entered into the payment processor's systems and should not be stored in Neighbor & Main notes or forms.
4. Sharing
Neighbor & Main does not sell customer information. Information may be shared with service providers that support the requested work; with a specialist or vendor when the customer authorizes coordination; to protect customers, the business, or others; or when required by law. Access should be limited to what is reasonably necessary.
5. Retention
Unconverted inquiry records should be deleted or anonymized after 12 months unless continued contact is requested. Community Tech Pricing explanations and documentation should be reviewed visually when practical rather than copied into HubSpot, email, text, or ordinary notes. Any exceptional temporary copy should be deleted promptly after the eligibility decision, ordinarily within seven days. Only the request, decision, general proof category, approval date, and eligibility expiration should be retained for up to 12 months. Technical service details remain subject to the ordinary inquiry and service-record periods. Service, authorization, invoice, and tax records may be retained for up to seven years or longer when required. Temporary credentials should not be copied into CRM or job notes and should be removed or revoked promptly after the approved need ends. Security, dispute, warranty, or legal needs may justify a longer limited hold.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website is designed without advertising trackers. Hosting and security systems may use essential storage or logs to deliver and protect the site. If analytics, embedded scheduling, chat, advertising pixels, or remarketing are added later, this policy and any required consent choices must be updated before activation.
7. Security
Reasonable safeguards may include multi-factor authentication, managed business accounts, device encryption, role-based access, password-management tools, secure transfer methods, backups, and deletion procedures. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and Neighbor & Main cannot promise absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may ask to review or correct contact information, stop nonessential communications, or request deletion when the information is not needed for service, security, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or dispute purposes. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
9. Children's information
The website and services are not directed to children under 13. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult should arrange service involving a minor's device or account.
