Cost shouldn’t be the only reason an essential computer problem goes unresolved. These reduced prices are available by application to local household customers experiencing serious financial hardship.
Every approved customer receives the same careful work, clear explanations, and respect. The reduced price comes with a clearly defined service scope—not lower-quality service.
Approval remains valid for 12 months. During that term, any listed service may be requested without an appointment-frequency or monthly-dollar cap. Each job must still fit its published scope, and eligibility is reverified after 12 months.
